1. Company Information

2. Services

Elite Security Systems provides professional penetration testing and security assessment services. All engagements are governed by individual service agreements, statements of work, and/or master service agreements executed between the parties. These Terms of Service apply to use of this website and general business interactions.

3. Authorization Requirement

All security testing performed by Elite Security Systems requires explicit written authorization from the system owner. We do not perform testing on any system without proper legal authorization. Clients must provide proof of ownership or written permission to test third-party systems prior to engagement commencement.

4. Confidentiality

All engagement-related information, findings, and reports are treated as confidential. Specific confidentiality obligations are defined in the non-disclosure agreement executed before each engagement. We do not publicly disclose client names, test results, or vulnerability details without explicit written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Security testing inherently involves interaction with live systems. While we employ industry best practices to minimize risk:

• Elite Security Systems shall not be liable for service disruptions arising from authorized testing activities conducted within the agreed scope.
• Our total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that specific engagement.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
• Clients are responsible for maintaining backups and disaster recovery procedures during testing periods.

6. Intellectual Property

Deliverables (reports, findings, remediation guidance) produced during an engagement become the property of the client upon full payment. Our proprietary testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks remain the intellectual property of Elite Security Systems DOO.

7. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the website.
• Reproduce, distribute, or modify website content without permission.
• Use the website for any unlawful purpose.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 15 business days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate under Serbian law.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as specified in the service agreement. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved by the competent court in Novi Sad, Serbia.

11. Responsible Disclosure

12. Changes
